Qualifications & Disclosures

The following conditions and restrictions apply:

  • Qualifying property must have equity and be listed at a price within 10% of the listing agent’s suggested market value; 
  •  Commercial Property: 1% listing commission to us and 2-4% commission to buyer’s agent; $1,495.00 Non-Refundable One-Time Marketing Fee is due from Seller upon signing Exclusive Listing Agreement (1 year term);  
  • Residential Property: 1% listing commission to us and 3% commission to buyer’s agent; $495.00 Non-Refundable One-Time Marketing Fee is due from Seller upon signing Exclusive Listing Agreement (6 months term); 

 all services are subject to the terms of the Exclusive Listing Agreement and Washington law and laws where property is located.
